Take Action Now: Demand the Department of Veterans Affairs Acknowledge Service-Connected COVID-19 Vaccine Injuries!
Please take 30 seconds to tell your lawmakers to ensure that our veterans receive the disability that they deserve and help protect our vaccine-injured veterans.
Members of the U.S. Armed Forces who have been injured by COVID-19 vaccines need your help!
We need to elicit the help of our representatives to stay on top of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The VA needs to acknowledge that the COVID-19 vaccines have caused harm to servicemembers and must commit to updating and adding criteria/medical scenarios to the Veterans Affairs Schedule for Rating Disabilities (VASRD) so they can promptly approve all service-connected vaccine-related injuries and disability claims.
TAKE ACTION: Tell Lawmakers to Demand the VA Recognize COVID Vaccine Injury
The VASRD is a federal regulation that serves as a guide for assessing the severity of disabilities resulting from all types of diseases and injuries sustained during or as a result of military service. A percentage rating is assigned based on the degree of severity, which determines the amount of monthly compensation a veteran receives.
Our military members deserve the best disability care and benefits for adverse events caused by these vaccines and need the VASRD updated to reflect those documented injuries.
This matter is urgent as vaccine-injured active-duty members begin to transition out of the military and must be able to receive this critical disability rating.
We need you to support the members of our armed forces by contacting your elected officials to have them pressure the VA to address service-connected COVID-19 vaccine-related injuries and add associated medical scenarios to the VASRD. Please take action today!
