4008-4012: Urgent Message to Vladimir Putin from the American Government from Lincoln County Watch

Dear Mr. Putin:
We
send our greetings and heartfelt sympathy for the sacrifices of the
Russian people. We, too, have been the victims of the same commercial
mercenary forces responsible for the proliferation of the bioweapons
laboratories in Ukraine under the puppet Zelensky "government", but for a
far longer period of time.
Our investigations confirm the following facts:
(1)
All the operating parties are commercial corporations of one kind or
another, not lawful national governments at all. As a result, the
problem is not political. It is criminal.
(2)
These offending corporations which include WHO, NATO, AUSTRALIA, DOD,
CDC, NIH, UN CORP, Pfizer, Astrazeneca, Moderna, etc., etc., are all
subject to involuntary dissolution.
(3) All these corporations have their genesis in the Jurisdiction of the Air which is administered under Ecclesiastical Law.
(4)
Under Ecclesiastical Law, the Pope and the Church of Rome are
specifically and explicitly responsible for dissolving any corporation
caught engaging in unlawful activities. (This is a higher standard for
them, than merely "illegal" activities.)
(5)
This is because the Church of Rome and the Pope have created all forms
of corporations --- C-Corps, S-Corps, Cooperatives, Foundations, LLC's,
Statutory Trusts, etc. --- and by Maxim of Law, they are responsible
for what they create.
(6)
Our lawful government operating in international jurisdiction as The
United States of America (Unincorporated) has already brought a demand
before the Vatican Chancery authorities and the Office of the Pope for
the dissolution of these corporations and the punishment of their
officers.
(7)
We are asking for the dissolution of the corporations, the confiscation
of their assets for the benefit of the victims, the removal of the
corporate veil, the denial of bankruptcy protection, the seizure of the
personal fortunes of the officers involved, their prosecution for actual
crimes, and additionally, the removal of their privilege to create or
operate any corporation ever again.
(8)
This effort can be bulwarked and given wings by the Russian Patriarch
and other religious leaders and organizations worldwide who have a voice
in their Ecumenical capacities to bring political and diplomatic force
to bear on the Pope and the Vatican Chancery Court. The religious
institutions of each country can also be instrumental in bringing legal
action under the dissolution laws of each country and state.

Please do not attack our country under the False Presumption that we
are responsible for the Zelensky government or the foreign corporations
that have committed these heinous and mindless acts of terror. You will
find that these entities are not "American" --- they are all Municipal
or British Crown Corporations, who have employed individual Americans,
but are not American in origin or under American direction.
(10)
Also note that the same circumstance applies to these foreign
corporations sending tanks to Ukraine and other acts of war -- they are
all acting in a private capacity as commercial corporations. All
so-called "American troops" are not acting as American military units.
They are all acting as mercenaries employed by the offending foreign
commercial corporations that have been masquerading as our government.

If we can all act together to dissolve these corporations and punish
the criminal wrong-doers responsible for misdirecting them, there will
be no further need for war --- and no more lies and no more enmity.
(12)
Please remember that the lawful American Government and the lawful
Russian Government have been Allies since 1858, with the establishment
of the American-Russian Alliance. We remember it thankfully and hope
that our good faith and honor can still be respected in spite of the way
that these international criminals have insinuated themselves and
pretended to "represent" our government.

The Rush to Find Narratives

There are three groups responsible for the present condition of our planet: banks, militaries, and commercial corporations.
These groups form a self-perpetuating and self-promoting economy that excludes their employers and customers.
Think about it.
The
banks/investors/corporate governments pay the military to protect their
corporations and the corporations pay the banks/investors/corporate
governments with profits.
It's
a three-way split, with nary a mention of the people who work in their
factories, buy their products, and who are supposed to own all the
resources these three pigs pillage for their own advantage.
At most, the actual owners of all the resources get the scraps from their employees' tables.
And
now that this filthy business has been thoroughly exposed and the
lawless nature of the commercial corporations has reached its final
conclusion in the deployment of criminal "gene therapy" cum "vaccines"
that are killing millions of innocent people, we have cause to examine
the
"triumvirate" of institutional interests that have been terrorizing people on this planet for far too long.
The
first thing we notice are the banks, especially the central banks.
Central banks are organized for the express purpose of rigging
commodities markets and controlling access to commodities. Period.
Somehow
this fact has escaped the knowledge of the General Public and the
entire topic has not been part of the discussion, but the fact remains
that every country that has a central bank is artificially manipulating
the flow, the volume, the trade, and ultimately the cost of
commodities. All commodities including currencies.
All
the commercial banks are, of course, incorporated. They are
incorporated directly under the auspices of "independent, international
city states" --- that is, they are Municipal Corporations, or, they are
British Crown Corporations.
The
so-called Empire of the Cities includes the United Nations enclave cut
out of New York City, the Inner City of London cut out of the City of
London, the Municipality of Washington, DC, cut out of the City of
Washington, DC, and the Vatican City cut out of the City of Rome.
There are other examples of this same thing throughout the world.
If
anyone wants to know where the bombs need to go, these are the
locations where the Serpent lives and breathes and has its being.
Unfortunately,
the criminal cowards are taking shelter behind a human shield of
millions of innocent, clueless civilians, and it will not be possible to
bomb any of them without mass death and destruction.
So
what are our other alternatives? We can simply use the involuntary
dissolution of corporations laws applied in numerous countries across
the globe, to force the liquidation of their commercial arms.
Without
their organizations, without their computers, without their money,
these paper bug-a-boos and those in "command" of them, will be put in
their place and the rest of us can pick up the pieces.
The
banks are just a specialized form of corporation, and so are the
"governmental services corporations" specialized sectors in the
corporate world. None of them are immune to dissolution, worldwide.
To
the extent that they are engaged in unlawful activities, they need to
be gone, and that is the exact provision of the agreements that allow
the existence of corporations.
Now that the end has come there is a grand rush of finger-pointing in all directions.
It's the banks.
It's the commercial corporations.
It's the city-states.
It's the mercenary military.
It's the E.T.s.
It's the politicians.
It's the Catholic Church.
God knows, there is plenty of blame to go around.
As
the months drag on and the guilty parties spin out of control, we are
all treated to one grand spectacle after another, while they try to keep
control and excuse themselves from liability all at the same time.
We've been asleep and they have raped us so often that they have totally lost respect for us, their employers and customers.
They
think we are so clueless and stupid that they can feed us any amount of
garbage and we won't be able to connect dot-to-dot, or that we will be
such cowards that we will fail to do so anyway.
They have only themselves as a standard to judge by.
Be
aware that all these guilty parties are desperate to: (1) keep control
of you and your assets, and (2) avoid liability for this Mess
themselves.
Expect
the military to dream up all sorts of nifty garbage and excuses to
minutely surveil your every movement and control every purchase you make
as if you were the guilty ones.
That's how they propose to keep your attention focused away from them and their role as the actual source of the problem.
They
are the ones who have been in control of the money since 1863, so it's
pretty apparent who is responsible for the money laundering, phony
scrip, illegal taxation and illegal confiscation, and phony trust
claims.
Keep your focus, people.
You
didn't do any money laundering. You didn't guard poppy fields in
Afghanistan. You didn't orchestrate the Jab. You are not the criminals
here and you don't need to be watched and controlled by those who
really have failed their duty to you and to this country.
What needs to happen is for the military to become a lawful military again and get back to doing its job while we do ours.
You deserve your privacy, your freedom, control of your own money and assets, and no more crap from your employees.
Don't
settle for less and don't buy any wooden nickels from these
characters. They are just selling your own property, your own gold and
silver, and your own intellectual property back to you.
And they even propose to make a tidy profit doing so.
So, don't believe any nonsense. You have employees to deal with.

Second Release -- Polluting the Blood 2.0

The
first email attempt was disrupted in transit, so no copies were saved
to those recipients who need to see this, except on remote servers. I
don't have the original handy to post back as a result.
Here's the essence of it.
What
Fauci discovered as an extension to his AIDS research is a means to
transfer genetic material directly into the human genome using an
artificially constructed lipid "pod" that can access the receptor sites
on our cells.
This
can serve as a Universal Carrier to introduce new or different genetic
material-- even genetic material from different species-- directly into
the human genome on a cellular level.
We
now have reasonable proof that this kind of genetic transfer
engineering is of ancient origin and was used for interspecies genetic
engineering in the past.
How
do vampires create more vampires? By biting (injecting) something in
their saliva. How do werewolves become werewolves? By being bitten.
How is AIDS transferred? Bodily fluids.
Following
the mapping of the Human Genome, the real reason that AIDS is so
difficult to treat was discovered--- it is a permanent genetic change,
one that produces foreign protein. The immune system of the victim
fights this internally self-produced foreign protein until it can fight
no more.
In
VAIDS, the body is tricked into producing the foreign "Spike Protein",
which the victim's immune system is forced to attack until it is
exhausted, and the victim becomes vulnerable to any other opportunistic
condition or disease.
In
this way, the human genome is permanently altered via a simple
injection--- with or without the victim's knowledge or consent. In this
case, the actual intent and nature of the injection was deliberately
obscured and falsified and presented as a "vaccine" deployed for public
health reasons.
Instead,
it is a foreign "gene therapy" that permanently alters the genetic code
of the victims, none of whom were given appropriate disclosure, and
many of whom were coerced to accept these gene-altering injections under
color of law.
We
now know how "homo sapiens" developed so rapidly, without the benefit
of millions of years of evolution and natural selection.
We also know how our lifespans were shortened via a simple genetic tweak of Chromosome Two.
Instead
of investing in development of beneficial applications of this "gene
therapy" technology, the madmen and the war-mongers among us, have used
it to promote a depopulation and medical racketeering scheme.
All
this gives additional credence to the rumor that AIDS was a biological
depopulation weapon specifically targeting homosexuals.
All
this injury has been promoted by "governmental services corporations"
masquerading as governments and by other foreign, for-profit, commercial
corporations. As such, the guilty corporations have attacked and
murdered millions of innocent people. We have every right to dissolve
them and hold their officers and board members accountable.
The
Church of Rome and the Pope are specifically responsible for dissolving
corporations that engage in unlawful activities, and all of this is as
unlawful as it gets.
In
addition, every country and State of State organization also has laws
and processes for the involuntary dissolution of offending
corporations.
The
Jurisdiction of the Air is governed under Ecclesiastical Law. Go now,
to your religious leaders worldwide and demand the involuntary
dissolution of all these offending corporations, including the WHO, DOD,
CDC, NATO, Pfizer, Moderna, Astrazeneca, etc.
The
religious organizations are already organized and funded and competent
to bring the necessary legal actions and make the appropriate diplomatic
and political demands.
The
rest of us are not powerless, either. We can locate wherever these
corporations are registered or chartered and bring action to dissolve
them under the dissolution provisions of the individual countries and
states.
Our
lawful government in international jurisdiction, The United States of
America (Unincorporated), has already leveled demand on the Vatican
Chancery Court and the Office of the Pope, to take action to dissolve
these offending corporations, remove the corporate veil, deny bankruptcy
clemency, confiscate the personal fortunes of the Officers and Board
Members involved in these activities, and remove their privilege to
charter, register, or be involved in the administration of any
corporation ever again.
Bottom line --- we have a natural right to exist. Corporations do not.
When
corporations injure living people and destroy life on this planet, as
in this instance, the offending corporations must be "killed" and those
responsible for their misdirection must be punished. That's the Law.

Polluting the Blood

I hate to be the one to say this, but.... we've been here before.
What
we are witnessing now with the shots is a very ancient crime called
"polluting the blood"--- and that crime has nothing to do with
interracial marriage.
It has to do with interspecies genetic engineering.
How
do vampires create other vampires? By biting (injecting) their victims
with some component in their saliva..... how do werewolves become
werewolves? Being bitten-- again, a transfer via saliva.
How is AIDS transferred? The same. Transfer via bodily fluids.
And now, how is VAIDS transferred?
Same story.
You are in a horror film, but this one is for real.
Fauci must have realized this during his years studying AIDS and its transferrence as a "communicable disease".
He obviously realized the reason it can't be cured by conventional means is because it is caused by a transferrable genetic change.
This lends credence to the rumor that AIDS was created to kill off homosexuals. Sure looks that way in the rearview mirror.
So
now we know how homo sapiens was able to skip past thousands of years
of slow mututions and natural selection, how Neanderthals were doomed,
and Homo Erectus transformed.
We also know the "secret" of why we age and die. It was a bit of genetic engineering applied to Chromosome Two.
So Grandma is sitting here waiting for the next narrative.
"Oh,
we couldn't tell you because it was just so awful. All those people
who are dropping dead, aren't really people. They are all vampires, and
the Covid 19 vaccine kills them. It's really a good thing!"
"We are purifying the human race." Sound familiar?
All
this craziness revolves around the use and misuse of genetic
engineering to tamper with the human genome, the transfer mechanism, and
the madmen doing it, of course.
And
as none of this was disclosed and was instead deliberately hidden
behind a false front presenting it as a "vaccine" program for public
health---- it's a crime.
Now
we have proof that the same madmen responsible for this were ginning up
vast quantities of additional experimental goop to force other unknown
genetic changes on mankind.
That's
what Vladimir Putin is dealing with in the Ukraine. Cleaning out
bioweapon production facilities placed in the Ukraine by corporations
intent on expanding this criminal activity with the help of the Zelensky
puppet regime.
Keep
focused on the fact that all this crime is being promoted by foreign
for-profit commercial corporations of various kinds, not any valid
government. Keep focused on the fact that our enemies are corporations
--- not people, per se, and certainly not actual valid national
governments. Keep focused on the fact that this is not a political
issue, this is a criminal issue.
Keep
focused on the truth, and we will get through this together. Those who
are vaxxed, hold on. We are working out ways to counteract the genetic
engineering and the transfer agents. Those who aren't vaxxed, stay
unvaxxed. If you have to live with or around people who are vaxxed,
apply the same precautions you would with a person who has AIDS.
The
most effective means of addressing the "enemy" is to subject the guilty
corporations to involuntary dissolution. Every country and every State
of State has provisions for the involuntary dissolution of corporations
registered in or chartered under their authority.
There
is no need for long drawn out court battles with corporations that have
billions to spend on such distractions. We simply need to
administratively dissolve all those corporations that have been
complicit in these activities. They've killed us, so we kill them.
We
dissolve their corporations. We seize their assets, confiscate their
accounts, and we remove their corporate veils and bankruptcy
protections. And there is one more thing that needs to be done besides
collecting and confiscating all the personal wealth of the officers and
board members responsible --- we prohibit them from ever being able to
register or charter or serve as an officer of any incorporated business
entity again.
Chartering
and/or registering corporations is a privilege. Deny the rats
responsible for this any ability to be involved in creating or running
any corporation ever again.
The
Pope specifically, and the entire Ecumenical culture worldwide, has the
explicit right and responsibility to destroy corporations that engage
in unlawful activities and this is as unlawful as it gets.
Go
to the Orthodox Patriarchs. Go to the Archbishop of Canterbury. Go to
the heads of your Synods. Go to the Coptic Patriarchs. Go to your
Imans. Go to your Buddhist elders. Go to your Native Shamans. Go to the
leaders of your Hindu and Shinto Temples. Go now and go with urgency.
Corporations
have no natural right to exist. You do. You have the right to exist in
your natural state. All things are subject to the Law of Freewill. So
go now and bring pressure on the Pope and on all other religious
leaders and organizations to stop this madness and those promoting it.
These
corporations and the men leading them, whether they are S-Corps,
C-Corps, B-Corps, Non-profits, Foundations, Cooperatives, or some other
form of corporation, have all aimed to murder millions of innocent
people. They have done this for profit motives. These corporations
deserve to be involuntarily dissolved and their leaders deserve to
suffer criminal prosecution and confiscation of their personal assets.
This
includes the ability of the Church of Rome to dissolve all the
"governmental services corporations" like AUSTRALIA and CHINA and the
UNITED KINGDOM and the US and USA and DOD and WHO and so on. They are
responsible for what they create.
So,
either the Church of Rome gets off its velvet tuffet and owns its
responsibility, which would certainly be helpful, or all the rest of us
must use the power of our religious and political institutions to bring
separate suit to divest and dissolve all the complicit corporations.

Further Notice to the Pope and to the members of the Vatican Chancery Court:
The
deliberate infection of flocks of chickens in this country with Avian
Flu and the consequent destruction of entire poultry farms resulting in
skyrocketing egg prices is additional circumstantial evidence of
deliberate murder and malfeasance and corporate lawlessness requiring
action by the Vatican Chancery Court and Pope Francis to force the
involuntary dissolution of the guilty corporations involved in creating,
promoting, and profiting from fraud, medical racketeering, medical
profiteering, and genocide.
As you all know by now, the principal method of murder chosen by the guilty profiteers is a form of AIDS nicknamed "VAIDS".
VAIDS
gradually overwhelms the immune system, because the body is itself
producing a foreign protein, called "the Spike Protein", which the
immune system has to fight and fight and fight....until it gradually
wears out.
At that point, any number of opportunistic infections or organ failures finish the patient off.
In
effect, the Vermin have given everyone who received the vaccination a
form of AIDS, which just happened to be Dr. Fauci's specialty and claim
to fame --- AIDS research.
This has actually been done
with malice aforethought by corporations who thought they were immune
from prosecution for their crimes.
The insurance
corporations were eager to get rid of the "end of life" expenses of
millions of American Baby Boomers. So the elderly were targeted.
The
pharmaceutical corporations were eager to sell the government
corporations billions of dollars worth of products, both PCR tests that
don't work to test for any disease, but do work to help spread diseases,
and, "vaccines" that cause disease directly via poisonous serum
components and the injection of foreign mRNA.
The
hospitals and doctors that were licensed by the same guilty government
corporations acted under coercion, for fear of losing their licenses.
That was used as "the stick" to insure their participation and
compliance. They were also rewarded with a very attractive "carrot" in
the form of kickbacks --- rewards --- for using only approved "covered
countermeasures" known to be ineffective and harmful, e.g. Remdesivir,
and more kickbacks in the form of generous payments for every patient
the doctors and hospitals identified as having died of so-called Covid.
Under
Ecclesiastical Law which governs the functions of the Air Jurisdiction,
the Pope is uniquely responsible for dissolving any and all
corporations caught engaging in unlawful activities. The injury has
been adequately demonstrated in the "excess" death statistics that have
accrued and now amount to 7,500 excess deaths per day in The United
States alone, in the five-fold increase in medical services / hospital
visits, and in the vast harm done to both local and international
economies.
We, the People, defined as the State Citizens
of this country, and our lawful government operating in international
jurisdiction, The United States of America --- Unincorporated, call upon
the Pope and the Vatican Chancery Court to take prompt and effective
action to dissolve the WHO, INC. organization responsible, the World
Bank, which engaged in fraud via the issuance of "Pandemic Bonds", the
White House Office, Inc. being run as a shell by Joseph R. Biden, and
the guilty franchise PERSONS/Persons associated with this gross crime,
including by not limited to the DOJ/Department of Justice, Inc, the
HHS/Health and Human Services Department, Inc., Pfizer, Inc.,
Astrazeneca, Inc., Moderna, Inc., Johnson and Johnson, Inc., and all
other corporations that have created and voluntarily participated in
these crimes against the living people and their lawful governments.
We
also wish for the immediate dissolution of the IMF/International
Monetary Fund and the so- called US Treasury and U.S. Treasury and
United States Treasury, and the return of our inheritance to our lawful
Government and the people of this country to whom all physical assets
belong.
