ICAN FILES URGENT PETITION WITH FDA TO REVOKE INJECTIONS IN CHILDREN

ICAN filed an urgent Citizen Petition with the FDA demanding they revoke their illegal emergency use authorization of Covid-19 injections in teenagers for Pfizer’s product in children aged 12 through 15 and deny Moderna any future EUA for children aged 12 through 17.

 

Our petition clearly defines these facts:

 

There was never an emergency with this age group, rendering EUAs illegal under federal law.

Clinical trials used to authorize the vaccines were grossly deficient as most in this age group have natural immunity to Covid-19.

 

Injury risks from injection are catastrophically higher than any supposed benefit.

 

COVID-19 is not an emergency for children.

 

The FDA is forcing illegal measures onto our children in the name of “public safety” and ICAN will continue to hold its feet to the fire.
