My name is _________________ and I am an independent investigator with the local chapter of the NATF. I am writing because I have been made aware that you are not honoring the First Amendment rights of your students to stand upon their firmly held beliefs aka Religious exemptions to so called ‘mandates’, including parents and staff. This is an abdication of your duty to the people you serve and more than that, it is a trespass upon the rights of the people you are supposed to serve which is unauthorized. You have no delegated or other authority to act this way. Your actions indicate that perhaps you think that you are the new god over us, and that you can now rule over us and our children as if we were your slaves or property. This of course is not, nor ever shall be the case.
I am, first of all, putting you -- and every one of your faculty and staff who are following your unlawful orders -- on Public Notice -- that when you do not properly inform all of the parents, students and staff about their rights to a medical and/or religious exemption regarding masks, PCR Tests, and/or the Covid Shot/"Vaccine," that you all are committing FRAUD, which, in this great State, is a Criminal Offense that involves jail time. Are you really prepared to accept the medical, financial, legal, psychological and moral consequences of such an inappropriate policy?
Secondly, I am putting you, and all those who follow your orders, on Public Notice that, from this day forward, when anybody is injured or damaged by said mask -- or PCR Test, or Covid Shot/"Vaccine," -- because you did not inform them of, and honor their medical or religious exemption, you - and your entire staff - can be held civilly liable. Being done without lawful authority puts you at personal risk in your personal capacity. This means that civil lawsuits and/or private claims can attach your home, your car, your pension and your retirement and any other asset can be attached and seized.
Further, a Religious exemption requires NO paperwork, test or other proof in order to stand. The First Amendment guarantees the freedom of Religion which means that it is nobody’s business what our private and personal beliefs are. We only have to TELL YOU that something goes against our religious beliefs, and it is then ESTABLISHED - DONE -- FINISHED!! There shall be no debate.
Thirdly, to my knowledge you are not Medical Doctors and neither is anyone on your staff, which means that all of you are practicing Medicine without a license when you require anyone to wear a medical device such as a mask or take a Covid Shot/"Vaccine" - or any other Medical procedure or device. Is practicing medicine without a license authorized in this state? You might look that up.
For someone to be declared a bona fide ‘health risk’ there must be a sworn statement from a certified medical practitioner about a particular individual certified by a judge of competent jurisdiction. You do not have this on anyone to my knowledge. Therefore, you cannot declare anyone a ‘health risk’ without this.
You cannot hide behind any form of immunity. From this point forward, having been noticed your actions are willful and intentional and without authority which makes you personally liable. Each and every one of you - individually - can have civil and/or criminal liabilities levied against you. This is Fair Notice.
And lastly, we are well aware that what you are doing has NOTHING to do with being the children's health and safety. We know 100% that this is all about the LARGE AMOUNTS of MONEY that you are receiving -- as long as you succeed in making everyone to continue to wear this mask, (or get the PCR test, and/or to take the Covid Shot/"Vaccine") through your intimidation and fraud in the inducement.
You have a choice to get back to common sense, act solely within your delegated authority and protect the rights of all involved or continue in your criminal behavior. Now having been put on Notice the criminal behavior is ‘willful’. In such a case each of you WILL all be held accountable, because We the People will NO LONGER submit to unlawful edicts and we’re on to the scam!!
You have 10 business days to get this corrected by reversing your mask and vaccine mandate policies and have it published on your website with email notice to all involved including students an parents. You also need to correct every sign inside and on the outside of all your schools or buildings, so that ALL of these places and ways of communicating clearly state that everyone has the option of a Medical and a Religious Exemption. So, if you have a sign that says, "Masks are required," it MUST ALSO say right after that, "Unless you have a Medical or Religious exemption."
We do this out of love. We do not want you to go to jail. We do not want you to be sued and to lose all your assets. So please Sirs/Madames, get this taken care of ASAP, so we do not have to bring enforcement and seek compensation for damages against you in your personal capacities.
We the People will not stand down any longer when you are torturing and harming our children. We draw the line here. Which side will you be on? Your action or inaction henceforth will determine.
