Just
in from Walter Burien --- he is leaving the "Mainstream" social
networking facades and joining Brighteon instead. I don't blame him.
It's
an honorable thing to do, though ironic --- these corporations are
being bullied to do what the politicians say for fear of losing their
charters, and we are the actual owners of their charters.
They
are also being threatened with "patent violations" and forced into
silence and censorship for fear of infringing on patents ---- and we are
the actual owners and protectors of the patents.
Walter Burien and I and you all--- are the owners of all these corporations.
The
Corporate Bosses just work for us, and all the politicians and
bureaucrats, too. Time for everyone to wise up and come home and stand
in your proper status as Americans and shut this nonsense down.

Let the Dead Bury Their Dead

I am, of course, quoting our beloved Yahushuah.
He
is instructing us to look within for our own life-source, for the
truth, and for the freedom we are heir to, for all the good things that
are gifts to the living---and let those who insist on living "as if"
they are dead, go do what they do.
I
wish I could begin to explain the utterly unimaginable amounts of
energy that are required to order the atoms and molecules that make up
even a simple mineral, much less the epic amounts of energy and ordering
force required to create and coordinate the hundreds of different
tissues that make up your bodies.
Our
brains can scarcely imagine the energy, attention, creativity, and
force it takes to create and maintain our presence in a living, physical
body. If we could imagine this, it would be apparent to every one of
us seven billion incarnate souls that our being here is no accident.
Not the least little bit of an accident.
Think
about who you are and why you are here and what makes you a "living
being" ---- stop long enough to consider it. There is a difference
between the living and the dead.
You
are called to be alive. To you, to living men and women, is given
every good gift there is in this world. All actual and factual assets
are gifts to us. All the land and soil, the rocks and water, the trees,
the seas, the sunsets--- it's all ours. It belongs to us, the living.
The dead inherit only their graves.
I
keep pointing out that there are no living people in the international
and global jurisdictions ---- none at all, but somehow this is passing
right over your heads.
These are the jurisdictions and realms of the dead --- the realms of "persons" and "persons" by definition, are dead.
Even
your Lawful Person, which is your Given Name "standing for you" on the
international land jurisdiction, is a Legal Fiction and it is dead as a
doornail.
The
difference is that this dead thing, your Lawful Person, which is a
possession --- akin to a bicycle or chest of drawers, belongs to you
and is for your use, whenever you may need to transact business with the
"dead world" ---- the realm of corporations and incorporated entities.
There
are people who accept "offices of personhood" -- represented by
official titles and offices -- and they are acting in the foreign realm
of the dead.
Let the "dead" bury their "dead".
Awaken
to the glorious truth--- that the Earth and all its beauty belongs to
the living and not to any corporation or incorporated entity at all.
Embrace
your miracle, folks. Know that you are the miracle. You, and the
Earth, and the Sun and the Moon and the Stars --- all part of One Life.
And you are alive, not dead, because of far greater powers than any
that are arrayed against you.

There is Safety in Numbers

People
are reaching out in record numbers, many half-mad with anxiety, worry,
and fear. If they aren't afraid of a manufactured virus or an equally
manufactured vaccine, they are terrified of inflation, suffering
abduction of their children, loss of their homes, and on and on and on,
most of it caused by "the government".
But if you are an American, it's not your government.
People ask me, Anna, what can we do?
Well,
we've already done it. All you have to do is ask yourself some simple
questions, and depending on the answers, do the same.
1. Do I work for the U.S. Military as an Active or Reserve Duty member? Yes or No?
2. Am I a Military Dependent of an Active or Reserve Duty member of the U.S. Military? Yes or No?
3. Do I work for the Federal Civil Service? Yes or No?
4. Am I a Dependent of a member of the Federal Civil Service? Yes or No?
5. Am I seeking political asylum in the United States? Yes or No?
Most
of us can honestly say, "No" to all five (5) of these questions, and
that means that we are not: (1) U.S. Citizens, nor are we (2) Municipal
citizens of the United States.
We are Americans.
Now,
if you aren't a Federal Employee or the Dependent of a Federal Employee
or some poor refugee from someplace like Afghanistan, you should have
no problem identifying yourself as an American, especially if you were
born here---right?
When
people first arrive here as immigrants they are all "naturalized" as US
Citizens first --- meaning that they are taught about the history and
laws of this country and "inducted" as U.S. Citizens as a preamble to
becoming Americans.
It's like a training course, but it is not meant to be their final stopping point.
These
new immigrants are meant to journey on and to find their place in
America, choose the State of the Union where they want to live and
establish their homes and raise their families.
This
second part of the process requires them to live in a State for at
least a year, establish a home, and not commit any felonies or accept
any Public Assistance during that time --- and then publish Public
Notice that they are adopting (say, California) as their permanent
house, home, and domicile.
Failure
to do so results in them remaining in the foreign status of a "U.S.
Citizen" / US CITIZEN -- and they never actually get to America, and
never enjoy the rights of an American, even though they are living here
among us.
Becoming
a "U.S. Citizen" or "US CITIZEN" is just a half-way house, a sort of
second- or third-class political status that allows people to "reside"
in this country, without actually claiming to be Americans.
Ironically,
most of us are born with the right to be Americans, but have been
misidentified as "U.S. Citizens" and as Municipal CITIZENS of the United
States, instead.
We
have the right to be Americans and claim our birth State of the Union,
but we haven't actually exercised it by recording our political status.
Unbeknownst
to us, we are being classed as foreigners in our own country, and
foreigners have no right to own land in America, no constitutional
guarantees, and no protection under the Public Law.
Now
that you've asked yourself the five (5) questions, and seen the results
of not recording your American political status, don't you think it's
about time you got off your rump and did so?
As
more and more and more of us wake up and claim our proper political
status as Americans, the tide turns. The Public Law gets enforced. The
land and soil returns to the control of the actual owners. The correct
courts are put in place. And all the legal shenanigans and oppressive
taxes and forced vaccinations and improperly imposed "mandates" and all
of the rest of the crap stops.
Why?
Because
you and a helluva lot of other people woke up, claimed your correct
political status, and stood up and said, "Hey, Bubba. I'm an American.
That's an Am-er-i-can from Sheboygan, Wisconsin!" or wherever else
in this great country you come from.
And what could be controversial or dangerous about that?
Nothing. Nothing at all. You were born an American. So claim your heritage and be proud of it.

Sheriffs, Deputies, It's Up to You

I have said this before and I am going to say it again:
There are three kinds of "Sheriff" operating in this country.
The
more common kind of Sheriff is a hired Law Enforcement Officer acting
as a private security agent, similar to the famous Pinkerton Agents of a
century ago.
These "Sheriffs" are elected by District Assemblies, not State Assemblies.
Both
these Sheriffs and their Deputies work for incorporated (also called
"federated") Counties, which are commercial corporation franchises of
one of two large Federal Parent Corporations.
The
State of State organizations that these Counties are part of, are also
franchise commercial corporations in the business of providing
governmental services.
Typically, things stack out like this:
"the"
United States of America, Inc. (USA, Inc) has operated "the" State of
Ohio (for example) and "the" State of Ohio has operated "the" Clayton
County franchise. These are all British Territorial United States
business organizations-- foreign commercial corporations, and these
Sheriffs are elected by members of the populace who adopt British
Territorial (Commonwealth) U.S. Citizenship and who are members of the
so-called District Assembly.
At the same time:
"the"
UNITED STATES, INC. (US CORP) has operated "the" STATE OF OHIO (for
example) and "the" STATE OF OHIO has operated its own Municipal
franchise doing business as "CLAYTON COUNTY". These are all Papist
business organizations, more foreign commercial corporations, and these
"SHERIFFS" are elected by members of the populace who adopt Municipal
citizenship of the United States and who are members of the so-called
Municipal Assembly.
Since
1937, these two large Federal Parent Corporations started colluding
together under The Declaration of Interdependence of the Governments in
The United States. They have arbitrarily pretended that Americans are
all Federal Dual Citizens, both Territorial U.S. Citizens and Municipal
citizens of the United States, and all owing "allegiance" to their
corporations.
We have proven this using DUNS, CAGE, EIN, and CRIS account numbers.
There
is no doubt that these "State of State" and "STATE OF STATE"
organizations are operating as foreign commercial corporations, and that
their employees are acting in a foreign and private capacity as private
security personnel hired by these corporations.
One
of the consequences of all this is that the majority of "Sheriffs" and
"SHERIFFS" actually hold no Public Offices, even though they are being
paid out of public trust funds.
Thus,
they have no true bond, no public indemnity, no true public Oath of
Office and technically, no authority as what we think of as "County
Sheriffs". They are operating in the wrong jurisdiction and have been
elected by the wrong sector of the populace for that.
Our Sheriffs and Deputies were never told about this change.
Many
of our Sheriffs and Deputies who kept Good Faith with the people of
this country have suffered disciplinary action when they have enforced
constitutional guarantees and Public Law, because these foreign
corporations benefit themselves by enforcing their private "corporate
law" instead.
This
situation led to a watershed United States Supreme Court case, Mack and
Prinz v. USA, Inc., and the standing decision that it is up to the
"discretion" of Law Enforcement Officers whether they enforce the Public
Laws, including the Constitutions, or not.
If
they do, they may lose favor with the greedy corporations they work
for, and if they don't they may lose favor with the people they are
supposed to serve. This puts LEO Sheriffs and Deputies squarely in the
cross-hairs of this international fraud scheme. Damned if they do and
damned if they don't.
But what happened to our Sheriffs?
Our Sheriffs are Public Officials elected by Americans who are members of the State and County Assemblies.
They
operate in physically defined Counties with supreme authority within
the borders of that County to enforce the Public Law --- including the
Constitutions.
There
are now fifty actual State Assemblies in Session in every State, and as
these State Assemblies are populated, so are our land-and-soil based
County Governments.
It has been many years since our States were called into Session and our Counties, too.
Actual
American Sheriffs are elected by the people of this country, and they
don't work for foreign commercial corporations---- in token of this
separate status as Public Officials, they are called "Peacekeeping
Officials" if they are elected by American State Nationals and State
Citizens.
The
elected County Assembly Sheriffs are the highest ranking Peacekeeping
Officials and their Deputies are the highest ranking Peacekeeping
Officers. It is their Public Duty to enforce the Public Law, including
the Federal Constitutions.
And it is the duty of all LEO Sheriffs and Deputies to obey them.
While
it may be left to the "discretion" of individual LEO's as to whether or
not they step up and enforce the Public Law, they are nonetheless under
obligation to obey it.
LEOs
have the power to use their discretion wisely and anyone misdirecting
them is directly liable for the harm they have caused the people of this
country. That includes politicians, judges, prosecuting attorneys,
bill collectors, and others who have preyed upon the American population
using fraud and deceit and especially semantic deceit to accomplish
their aims.
