Before I tell you what is really upsetting me right now, promise me one thing. Promise me that you will, as soon as you finish reading this article, take three actions.

I really appreciate your support. OK. Here is what is stuck in my craw right now:

I get emails every day asking me whether CBD "cures" cancer, Nano Silver 10 PPM "cures" HIV, Magnesium "cures" muscle spasms, what to use for a rare aggressive brain tumor in a 3 year old and more.

Much more.

I know what the answers are, or at least where to start looking for the answers. But the SGW Congress of the United States (that's Spineless, Gutless, Worthless) and the Fraud and Death Administration (FDA) have decided that my freedom of speech does not extend to truthful speech that includes my educated opinions and information on what nutrient "cures", what nutrient "prevents", what nutrient "mitigates" and what nutrient "treats" anything at all. Those are all words forbidden to speak, by Act of Congress, though the Constitution says in plain language that Congress has no power to make such laws: "Congress shall make no law... abridging the freedom of speech..."

So here is what I cannot say when I am in compliance with current US Law and Regulation:

Nano Silver 10 PPM "cures" any infectious disease from Ebola to Malaria to Tuberculosis to Influenza to Pertussis to Measles to Dengue Fever. Nope, can't say that even if that happens to be my opinion. So I say to you, Nano Silver 10 PPM is a marvelous nutrient that supports a vibrant, fully functioning immune system.

I cannot say that CBD is a wonderful means of regulating arthritis and arthralgias as well as other pain, mood, curing cancer, and treating insomnia, depression and spasm. Nope, can't tell you that no matter how strongly I might believe it and have seen it work. I do say, CBD is the Holy Grail of Natural Health, supporting homeostasis and normal neurological balance.

I can tell you that most chronic degenerative diseases like cancer, diabetes, stroke, obesity. dementia and cardiovascular disease are based in mineral and other nutrient deficits and that correcting them will help virtually all of them but if I wanted to tell you that you could "treat", say restless legs or muscle spasm with magnesium, I would be running afoul of US law again because the word "treat" and a nutrient cannot be used together or it "turns" that nutrient into an untested, and therefore illegal, drug which the FDA will ban. Even the World Health Organization acknowledges those chronic conditions as the "preventable diseases of under nutrition..."

Oh, wait! I cannot tell you that the US Government declassified its own research showing that Nano Silver 10 PPM supports normal cell membrane integrity, thus protected human cells from the Ebola virus because that would be, according to our corrupt and dishonorable FDA, turning this nutrient into a drug, even though what the Nano Silver actually does is that it nutritionally supports normal cell membrane function (keeping viruses out!) before there is any disease to prevent, treat, mitigate or cure!

That's right: giving you access to the science to let you decide for yourself turns foods into drugs (as with the Michigan cherry growers whose sharing of 6 research studies on the benefits of cherries on gout and other types of arthritis led the FDA to threaten them with a total ban on cherries in the US as an untested drug!!!!). That is how tyrannically crazy the FDA has gotten.

How long will this absurd tyranny over our tongues continue? Until we bring this to an end in Federal Court. The sooner we raise the money to go there, the sooner our legal team can bring our case.

We are ready to go to Court with lawyers Jim Turner and Larry Becraft to assist Foundation legal director Ralph Fucetola JD.

What we need now is the funding to get there. Our special plea to you is that you help us vindicate the First Amendment Freedom of Health Speech! There is no one else who can do that. If each person on this email list gave just ten or twenty dollars (more if you can!) we could get to the Federal Court and overturn a hundred-year long miscarriage of justice!

In 1905 the Supreme Court (in Johnson v FDA) confirmed that FDA does not have the power to censor opinion speech... yet Congress allows the agency to do just that. Unlawfully. Later cases reinforce the ban on government interference in speech, but not yet specifically protecting speech about food and health.
