The Bait and Switch History of Fraud

What was the Great American Republican Experiment?

The great experiment was to create a government that was truly in the hands of the People, not the King or his Representatives, that would provide peace and harmony for the People and for the Earth itself. More definitive is the Magnificent Supreme Republican Statute of Rome: OF the People, BY the People, FOR the People, TO the People, FROM the People of the Natural Family Mother, guided and governed only by the Devine Providence over all Worldly Men!

It is important to point out that the Natural Republican State is completely defined and contained in one single statute; and you will find the underlined referenced in the dedication of the July 4, 1776 Unanimous Declaration of These United American Colonies.

In order for all the People to fully understand the highly significant elements of this Great American Republican Experiment, they must first be aware of the application of the original Latin in which over one third of the text of the original Colonial Declarations of candid Republican government were written. It is a well-known principle of law that the exact determination of a lawful or legal document is dependent upon a precise uniform knowledge of the law of grammar in which the document is written at the time it was prepared by its framing Deputies; otherwise known as “functional literacy” preservation.

To prove a very important point here, perhaps a very embarrassing one, at the turn of the 20th Century in America, a very simple qualifying literacy question was asked the prospective Voter as follows: Sir (or Madam) how many main grammar usages make up the entire English Vocabulary?

How many folks out there today, whom you know, could readily answer that simple, but very important literacy question; much less even understand the question?

William Rodríguez was a janitor at the North Tower of the World Trade Center during the September 11, 2001 attacks and was in the basement of the North Tower when American Airlines Flight 11 crashed into the building. After the attacks he received several awards for heroism for helping in the evacuation of many survivors.^[1] The Birmingham Mail said about Rodriguez: "He bravely led firefighters up the stairs, unlocking doors as they climbed and helping hundreds of survivors"^[2] and The Lancashire Telegraph added: "He then went back into the building in a bid to rescue his friends at the top of the tower, on the 106th floor. But he kept finding others who needed his help as well."^[3]

Rodriguez became prominent in the Latino community for helping to institute an economic amnesty program for victims of 9/11 who were undocumented workers.^[4]

In 2004 Rodriguez unsuccessfully sued President Bush and 155 others in federal court alleging Bush's complicity in the 9/11 attacks.^[5][6]

Subsequently, Rodriguez traveled around talking about conspiracy theories, his experiences on 9/11, Motivational lectures and Disaster Management.^{[7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15]} The Herald newspaper of Glasgow characterized him as "the poster boy for a movement currently sweeping the globe… the 9/11 Truth Campaign."^[16] He titled his website "911keymaster", appearing on TV and having himself photographed frequently with a 'master key' to the World Trade center,^{[1][17][18][19][20][21]} which, he has alleged on BBC and Dutch TV and C-Span, saved hundreds of lives. He also used the title "Last Man Out", touring in the UK and the USA with that phrase.^[22][23] Rodriguez has also employed the "Last Survivor of the World Trade Center" slogan.^[24][25]

He claimed in federal court documents that he single-handedly rescued fifteen persons.^[26] His website william911.com more modestly puts it "helped fifteen (15) persons from the WTC to safety." Newspapers articles claimed that he raised 122 million dollars for the victims of 9/11.^[27][28]

It feels almost dangerous putting those three words in the title of an article. An easier path is not to raise the topic. It means getting Brownstone Institute tagged, targeted and canceled.

That’s how much taboo there is around this subject, which is itself deeply strange. If science is simply a matter of evidence and causal inference, it should be fearless and not doctrinaire. It should go where evidence leads.

At the founding of Brownstone Institute, multiple people worried that this institution would eventually be taken over by “anti-vaxxers.” For my part, I could not understand this fear. I had never heard of such people and could not imagine becoming such a thing.

My views on this topic were as conventional as anyone’s. How could Brownstone be taken over by something of which I had never heard? What is this mysterious power of this dark force out there?

To be sure, I never once believed the COVID-19 shot would result in public health benefits, but that is because I read books in Virology 101: a fast-spreading, fast-mutating respiratory infection with a zoonotic reservoir will always outwit any conceivable shot called a vaccine. If such a thing did miraculously come into existence, it would be a decade in testing.

That was conventional wisdom a few generations ago, but so was the functioning of natural immunity via exposure.

It was research into the history of COVID-19 controls that brought a shift toward awareness.

It gradually dawned on me, and pretty much everyone associated with Brownstone, that the whole thinking behind lockdowns (and closures, censorship and compliance protocols) was indeed to prepare the public for the shots, the military countermeasures marketed as vaccines, even though they stopped neither infection nor transmission.

Each state that introduces this bill puts pressure on other states and the idea will gain popularity. Also, when Republican legislators introduce this bill in blue states it shames red state Republicans and puts pressure on them to step up. If you live in a red state, chances are that you are wondering how did this bill get introduced in Minnesota and not my state?
