CARNICOM INSTITUTE NEWSLETTER
April - June 2018
CARNICOM INSTITUTE FACILITIES
The
new lab facility in southeast Utah is providing a productive location
for Carnicom
Institute, allowing for expanded research into the
environmental and health issues of our times.
CURRENT RESEARCH
Biochemical
and microbiological studies have resumed this summer. Clifford has
recently acquired a higher quality microscope/camera and the return of
the repaired IR spectrometer has enabled him to pursue research at a
greater depth.

The
most recent research paper, which discusses significant health
discoveries and introduces an extremely provocative theme, is:

COMMUNITY HEALTH PROFESSIONAL NETWORK
CI
continues to put forward and advance potentially helpful and
significant health improvement strategies. The value of this work can
only be realized with the direct involvement of the health professional
community in the Morgellons issue. The Community Health Professional Network (CHPN)
exists as one innovative and ambitious project to solicit this
involvement. With the proper support, there is no reason whatsoever that
laboratory and clinical trials cannot begin now.
TUCSON ACTIVITIES
In
May, Clifford was one of several guest speakers at
StopGeoengineeringTucson, a conference put on by by activist Matt
Landman, creator of the movie FrankenSkies. To listen to Clifford’s presentation at StopGeoengineeringTucson: https://youtube.com/watch?v=HkCY--Ieiko#
The
day after the conference, Carnicom Institute participated in a protest
against geoengineering on a main intersection of Tucson at the Arizona
government office buildings. It is encouraging to see the public
becoming more aware and taking a stand against geoengineering.
INTERVIEW ON QUANTUM MATRIX RADIO
While
at the conference in Tucson, Clifford met an activist lawyer, David
Meiswinkle, who was also attending the conference. Clifford has recently
done an interview with David on Quantum Matrix Radio. You can listen to
Clifford’s interview here:
CARNICOM INSTITUTE LEGACY PROJECT
Long-term
benefits for the public are being developed through the Carnicom
Institute Legacy Project (CILP). The Carnicom Institute Legacy Project
and the WikiCI.org
site have been created to preserve, protect, and distribute the
extensive body of work and ongoing research conducted by CI at an
international level. Our goal is to provide full access to the entire
body of work of CI, including a voluminous set of hand-written laboratory notebooks, in a manner that is freely accessible. Carnicom Institute encourages you to use and share this information for the benefit of all.

FUTURE DIRECTION OF CI
Carnicom Institute has
recently held a Director’s Summit meeting where the longer term visions
for the future have been outlined. This includes CI plans for protection
of the joint interests of the public and Carnicom Institute. The CI Legacy Project is an important part of this process. You may stay abreast of changes in the Legacy Project by checking into www.carnicominstitute.org.
DONATIONS TO CARNICOM INSTITUTE
Our
work would not be possible without the generosity of donors. With the
support of donors, CI has been able to acquire some of the needed lab
equipment to pursue the environmental and health research related to
bioengineering and geoengineering. Along with the ongoing research, IT
management of the website and the CI Legacy Project are priorities that
require funding. In addition, there is ongoing need for repair and
maintenance of laboratory equipment, as well as basic upkeep of the lab
itself.
We
ask you to consider a donation to CI, either with a one-time donation
or by becoming a subscription donor. Carnicom Institute is a 501(c)(3)
non-profit organization. Please communicate the importance of the work
of CI to your friends and peers to help us increase our subscriber base.
An
update as to how donations are being used: We are pleased to note that
the infrared spectrometer, a highly important and prized instrument used
on thousands of trials and sample analysis, was repaired and is back at
work in the lab. A new microscope with advanced digital and phrase
contrast capabilities has been acquired, as well as modern smaller
instruments that allow research to continue even when we travel. CI
aspires to gain compact Nuclear Magnetic Resonance capability (NMR). The
website does not exist, of course, without support of donors.
Our thanks to donors whose contributions serve the current and future generations. Your investment in Carnicom Institute is an investment in humanity’s future.
IN CLOSING
We
at Carnicom Institute thank you for your interest in and your support
of the work of CI relating to the environmental and health issues of our
times. We wish you the best of health and a return to true blue skies
and rain where it is needed.
