Elana, who came of political age during the COINTELPRO decade of Vietnam, street riots and political assassinations addresses the matter of how the extreme weather being experienced globally ties directly into what covert chemtrails-HAARP programs are “dumping and pumping.”
Floods, droughts, snowstorms in spring, heat waves in winter, tornadoes, highly destructive earthquakes and hurricanes can be the result of the use of the ionospheric heaters like the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Project (HAARP), which are proliferating around the globe to blast the ionosphere with microwaves and ionize our atmosphere.
By steering the jet stream, weather can be made to draw rain from one area to another, or just as easily dry up moisture and produce extreme drought. Manipulating weather as a weapon of war is being done at the expense of the earth. Besides increasing IMF debt-servicing, Wall Street weather derivatives, and reconstruction profits at the expense of devastated communities, the threat of extreme weather can be the very push with which to blackmail nations into behaving in ways they otherwise would not.
